These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the MomDeva pre-launch website. By using the website, you agree to these terms and the posted Privacy Policy.
1. Pre-launch information
MomDeva is under development. Descriptions of planned products, services, tools, benefits, release timing, prices, events, partnerships, and availability are informational and may change. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, no website statement guarantees a release date or particular future feature.
2. Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful personal, professional, community, or business inquiry purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest personal information, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, or use the website in violation of law.
3. Submissions
You represent that information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Do not submit confidential health records, financial account information, government identification numbers, children’s private information, or other sensitive data through the public forms.
4. Intellectual property
The MomDeva name, logo, visual identity, website design, text, and original materials are owned by or licensed to MomDeva and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No license is granted except the limited right to use the website as intended.
5. Third-party services
The website may link to Stripe or other third-party services. MomDeva does not control third-party systems, and their separate terms and privacy policies apply.
6. Disclaimer
The pre-launch website is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. MomDeva does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or that every described future capability will be developed.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MomDeva will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the pre-launch website. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
8. Founder purchases
Founder purchases are separately governed by the Founder Program Terms and Refund and Cancellation Policy. If those terms conflict with these general Terms of Use regarding a founder purchase, the Founder Program Terms control.
9. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version. Material changes affecting existing paid founder benefits will be handled in accordance with the Founder Program Terms and applicable law.
