Founder Program Terms
Important: A Founding Access package is a one-time purchase of the listed Founder Program benefits. It is not an investment, security, equity interest, donation, loan, ownership right, revenue share, or promise of financial return.
1. Eligibility
Purchasers must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. MomDeva may reject or cancel a purchase associated with fraud, misuse, sanctions restrictions, unlawful activity, payment reversal, or material violation of these terms.
2. Founder levels and benefits
Founding Member — $49 one-time
- Priority invitation to the first available MomDeva access group.
- Permanent Founding Member badge on one eligible active account, while that account remains in good standing and the badge program remains technically supported.
- Founder-only launch updates and selected product previews.
- Invitations to selected surveys and feedback opportunities.
- Priority notice of selected launch events, offers, and community opportunities.
- Digital Founding Member certificate.
Founding Circle — $99 one-time
- All Founding Member benefits.
- Higher priority consideration for limited beta-testing invitations.
- Permanent Founding Circle badge on one eligible active account, while that account remains in good standing and the badge program remains technically supported.
- Priority invitations to selected virtual founder discussions.
- Early notice for selected limited-capacity MomDeva programs and events.
- Founding Circle digital recognition certificate.
- Optional recognition on a MomDeva digital Founders Wall, subject to consent and content standards.
Visionary Supporter — $249 one-time
- All Founding Circle benefits.
- Highest founder priority consideration for limited early-access opportunities.
- Permanent Visionary Supporter badge on one eligible active account, while that account remains in good standing and the badge program remains technically supported.
- Invitation to selected annual digital founder briefings when offered.
- Priority consideration for early professional or organization onboarding when relevant to the purchaser.
- Optional name or business recognition on the MomDeva digital Founders Wall, subject to consent and content standards.
- Numbered Visionary Supporter digital certificate.
3. Meaning of priority
“Priority,” “higher priority,” and “highest priority” mean that MomDeva intends to consider the applicable founder level before the general public when selecting participants for a relevant limited opportunity. They do not guarantee selection, a specific position, immediate access, admission to every event, or access where legal, safety, capacity, geographic, technical, age, professional, or other eligibility requirements are not met.
4. Account and badge conditions
A digital badge requires an eligible MomDeva account and may be delayed until account and badge functionality exists. One purchase applies to one eligible account unless MomDeva approves otherwise. Badges and recognition may be suspended or removed for fraud, impersonation, unlawful conduct, material community-standard violations, chargebacks, or account termination for cause.
5. Certificates and recognition
Certificates are digital unless MomDeva expressly offers a physical version. Public recognition is optional and requires consent. MomDeva may decline or remove a proposed public name, business name, link, or description that is misleading, unlawful, infringing, unsafe, discriminatory, offensive, or inconsistent with platform standards.
6. Product development
MomDeva’s platform vision may change through research, testing, legal review, technical development, market conditions, and founder feedback. A founder purchase does not guarantee any particular product feature, app-store approval, launch date, geographic availability, event, marketplace, professional listing, or commercial outcome.
7. Communications
Transactional founder communications are necessary to administer the purchase. Marketing communications may be unsubscribed from, but unsubscribing may limit receipt of optional invitations or announcements. Purchasers are responsible for keeping their contact information current.
8. Transfer and resale
Founder benefits are personal and may not be sold, auctioned, assigned, sublicensed, or transferred without MomDeva’s written approval. MomDeva may permit a one-time transfer before activation in appropriate circumstances.
9. Taxes and payment processing
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes may be added where required. Payments are processed by Stripe or another disclosed provider. A purchase is complete only after successful payment confirmation.
10. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the posted Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
11. No investment or ownership rights
A Founder Program purchase does not provide stock, membership interest in a legal entity, voting control, intellectual-property ownership, dividends, profit participation, revenue share, repayment rights, interest, investment return, fiduciary duty, or governance authority.
12. Material changes
If MomDeva permanently removes a material paid benefit before it is delivered, MomDeva may provide a reasonably comparable substitute, obtain the purchaser’s agreement to a revised benefit, or provide an appropriate partial or full refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
