Privacy Policy
Draft effective date: Insert the publication date before launch. This policy should be reviewed by qualified counsel before collecting payments or sensitive information.
This Privacy Policy explains how MomDeva (“MomDeva,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and discloses information through the MomDeva pre-launch website at momdeva.com.
1. Information we collect
We may collect information that you voluntarily submit, including your name, email address, telephone number, interest category, organization or professional affiliation, messages, communication preferences, and consent selections.
Our hosting environment may also automatically process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, timestamps, and basic security logs. The included form handler stores only a one-way daily hash of the submitting IP address rather than the full IP address in the website’s CSV records.
2. How we use information
- To maintain the MomDeva launch and early-access list.
- To send requested updates, announcements, invitations, and founder communications.
- To respond to questions and partnership, sponsorship, professional, nonprofit, business, media, or community inquiries.
- To administer Founder Program purchases and benefits.
- To prevent abuse, protect the website, and maintain records.
- To comply with applicable law and enforce our terms.
3. Marketing communications
You may unsubscribe from non-transactional email communications using the unsubscribe method included in the message or by contacting admin@momdeva.com. Transactional messages concerning a purchase, refund, account, legal notice, or requested service may still be sent when necessary.
4. Payments
Founder Program payments will be processed through Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. Payment-card information is entered directly into the payment provider’s systems. MomDeva should not receive or store your full card number or card security code. The payment provider’s own privacy and security terms apply.
5. Disclosure of information
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose limited information to service providers that support hosting, payment processing, email delivery, form processing, security, legal compliance, or business operations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a legitimate business reorganization.
6. Data retention
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide requested communications or benefits, maintain transaction and legal records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Retention periods may differ by record type.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your privacy choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information, or object to certain uses. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Requests may be sent to admin@momdeva.com.
9. Children
This pre-launch website is directed to adults and is not intended to collect personal information directly from children under 13. Do not submit a child’s personal information through the public forms.
10. United States operations
MomDeva currently operates this pre-launch website from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations used by our service providers.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as MomDeva develops. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date.
